Welcome to Rediscovering Happiness, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and offerings, including life coaching sessions, retreats, digital products, and access to our online community (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Our Services include:
• Life Coaching: Personal and group coaching sessions focused on supporting women in difficult relationships to rediscover happiness, empowerment, and personal clarity.
• Luxury Retreats: Transformative travel experiences designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul in luxurious and supportive environments.
• Digital Products: Downloadable and online content including workbooks, meditations, and reflection tools.
• Online Community: A safe, private platform where members can connect, share, and receive ongoing support.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our offerings without prior notice.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Payment
All Services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Pricing will be clearly outlined on product or booking pages.

Cancellation
• Coaching: Appointments may be rescheduled up to the time of the appointment. Missed sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once. If a rescheduled session is missed again, it is forfeited and not eligible for another reschedule or refund.
• Retreats: Each retreat experience is unique, and specific terms—including payment schedules and cancellation policies—will be outlined in your individual Retreat Agreement. Please review the details carefully before booking. All retreat deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances are typically due 30 days before the retreat begins, unless otherwise noted. Cancellations made after the stated deadline are generally non-refundable.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable products are final and non-refundable.
• Subscriptions: Recurring fees for memberships or community access are billed monthly or annually and may be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

4. Disclaimer of Guarantees

We are committed to your growth and happiness. However, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific results from coaching, retreats, or other services. Your progress depends on your personal commitment and circumstances.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information confidential. While we foster a respectful environment in group settings, we cannot control the actions of all participants. Please share mindfully.

6. Community Guidelines

In our online spaces and groups, we ask all members to:
• Be respectful, compassionate, and nonjudgmental.
• Keep shared information confidential unless given permission.
• Avoid offering unsolicited advice or criticism.
• Refrain from promoting external services or products without permission.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove participants who violate these principles.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site or distributed through our Services—including courses, downloads, videos, and coaching materials—is the property of Rediscovering Happiness, LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or use any content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rediscovering Happiness, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, King County. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of our Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted to our website and will become effective immediately. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
